A Proven Performer, Proven Producer, and a 2-in-1 Opportunity Worth a Second Look
Golden Secret Weapon, affectionately known as “Pistol,” is a beautiful buckskin mare with the sweetest, most personable disposition. She loves attention, enjoys being around people, and is just one of those mares that you love to have around.
Pistol sells as a 2-in-1 package, currently in foal to PS Mega Shine Chic for an April 3, 2027 foal. And if her past babies are any indication, this should be a beautiful one. She has consistently produced gorgeous foals year after year and seems to put that same quality, flashy color, and eye appeal into every one of them. Pistol and PS Mega Shine Chic are both 6 panel N/N, making this baby panel clean as well.
She also has plenty of accomplishments behind her. Pistol is an NRHA earner of more than $22,500 and has her AQHA Performance ROM with 30 reining points. She has gone on to prove herself as a broodmare as well, with more than $16,200 in NRHA offspring earnings.
The foal she is carrying is sired by PS Mega Shine Chic, an NRHA Million Dollar Sire and earner of $239,655 himself. He has proven himself both in the show pen and as a sire, and paired with a mare that has already shown she can consistently produce beautiful, talented babies, this is a cross we are really excited about.
Pistol is also the kind of broodmare that makes life easy. She is gentle enough to get on bareback and ride around the pasture in a halter. A great addition to any herd, she gets along well with other horses, stands tied, and loads in the trailer easily. Whether she is in the pasture or the stall, she is sweet, easy to catch, and enjoyable to be around. Between her proven production, beautiful buckskin color, wonderful disposition, and the PS Mega Shine Chic foal she is carrying, Pistol has so much to offer a breeding program.
Pistol has been checked in foal and she has a vet letter confirming her pregnancy status listed in the gallery. She has a current coggins and we are happy to help arrange shipping anywhere in the United States or even Internationally!
We invite anyone interested in Pistol to come meet her in person at our ranch in Whitesboro, Texas. We are also always happy to visit over the phone, answer any questions, and tell you more about her.
